Spiritual Life Committee - Amanda Eckert, Campus Minister
Volunteer to support the many opportunities at the Lower School that help our students and families to grow in their spiritual lives.  Some of these opportunities include: sacristy, chapel flowers, activities during Catholic Schools Week and National Vocations Week, the Vocations Crucifix, and more. Sign up to volunteer and Ms. Eckert in Campus Ministry will contact you with more information. 

Connections for Women - Kim Woolson
A community of women committed to building prayer and spiritual growth opportunities for and with all women of the HSP community. Women of all faiths are invited and encouraged to participate. 

Men's Committee
A collaborative organization of HSP men, working in cooperation with the school administration, to support and enhance the development of the spiritual, academic, financial, and social environment of the school. Focus areas include athletics, community and church. All men of the HSP community are invited and encouraged to participate.  

Athletics Booster Club: Cougars Corner - Billy King
Parent-run booster club which provides our students and families with ways to show their spirit and support for all HSP athletic programs. If you enjoy watching the Holy Spirit Cougars teams compete, you will enjoy being a part of this club. 

Inspiratio, Parent Education Committee - Mike Jones
Works with the school administration in planning guest speaker presentations and workshops for parents. 

School Store - Heidi Harrington
Volunteers organize and evaluate donated uniforms and other HSP merchandise for re-sale. Works with the administration on all campuses to select new HSP  merchandise for families to purchase throughout the school year. Provides volunteers to staff the School Stores during peak open hours. The Lower School Store is located on the lower level of the Main Building. The Upper School Store is located in the Liberal Arts building.

Partner Programs
Various local businesses provide opportunities for our PVA  to raise funds for our PVA programs. Volunteers coordinate marketing to parents and adding new businesses to the program. Some of our current partners include Target, Amazon, Publix, and Georgia Natural Gas.

Pumpkin Patch - Brandi O'Haren and Megan Durham
Wreath Sale - Tricia Mulcare

Volunteers promote and organize the PVA fundraiser. These monies are used specifically for all the PVA  events listed here. 

Men's Pig Roast - Dave Labbe
The men of the school community gather for fellowship, food and drink on a Friday evening. The pork BBQ prepared at this event will be served the next day at the Family Picnic. Sponsored by the Men's Committee.

Fun Run and Family Picnic 
Volunteers plan all details of the Fun Run and picnic.

All School Events - Winter

Casino Night - Jennifer and Vern Vincent
Help plan and implement a fun-filled Las Vegas-style fundraiser with Cougars Corner. 

Father/Daughter Dance -  Pam Jones and Tracie Kleine
Annual dance for fathers and daughters of all grade levels. Volunteers plan and coordinate all aspects of this event. 

All School Events - Spring

Annual Spring Gala - Peggy Carroll and Kiley Nardelli
Annual Spring Gala and Auction to benefit the Teacher Continuing Education Fund (TCEF) and the HSP Endowment Fund. 

Mother/Son Games - Giselle Villazon and Kori Loftus
Activity planned in the Spring for mothers and sons. 

Golf Tournament 
Annual Golf Tournament benefits Athletic Booster Club.

Preschool Events 

Preschool Spiritual Life
Our Preppies are introduced to St. Nick's Day and St. Blaise day through the efforts of this committee. 

Catholic Schools Week 
This committee coordinates the celebration of Catholic Schools Week for the Preschool.

Family Fun Night
Plan and provide an evening of food and fun for preppies and their families with dinner and entertainment.  This event takes place in the fall and helps to build community at the preschool. 

Fall Festival
Volunteer to work the Preschool Face Painting/Tattoo’s at the Fall Festival that will be held at the Lower School.

Book Fair
This is an opportunity to be in the Library and help out our Librarian plan, organize, and run the Book Fair.

Doughnuts with Dads, Muffins with Mom
Each parent gets a special breakfast day with their preppie.  This committee plans both events to celebrate mom and dad. 

"Preppie Prom"
Our Pre-K4 students get to have their own prom, thanks to the party planners on this committee.  This is a fitting celebration of their last year at the preschool. 

Field Day
The end of the year at the preschool is celebrated with a day of outdoor fun event held at the Upper School Quad coordinated by this committee. 

Lower School Events 

Media Center - Kristen Ciprari
Organize and assist the Librarian during school hours. Help plan and promote the Book Fair. 

Bulletin/Communications - Kathryn Sturgeon
Organizes volunteers to decorate the carpool PVA bulletin board with support from the Director of Communications. 

Fall Festival - Kathryn Sturgeon and Kathryn Martini
Halloween Carnival held in LS gym. Help organize class games, Halloween theme booths, face painting and haunted house.  

Mother/Daughter Brunch - Cindy Jones and Wendy Stinnett
Volunteers plan and coordinate the event for a mother/daughter venue 

Secret Santa - Laura Dufauchard and Jennifer Finch
Christmas store held in December. Children can select and buy Christmas presents for friends and family. Volunteers help children select and wrap presents.

Cotillion - 5th and 6th grades
Volunteers work with the Cotillion director to market and promote the winter class schedule and times.

Spring Art Show - Michelle Sipos
Volunteers support our art teachers in setting up and supervising the after school art show which showcases the students artwork. 

Field Day  - Christian Riley
Outdoor fun activities for the entire lower school. 

Upper School Events 

School Dances - Jennifer Vincent
Volunteers help plan and organize several junior high and high school dances throughout the school year. 

Teacher Appreciation - Kristen Gibbs
Organizing monthly birthday celebrations and faculty/staff birthday gifts. Also assists with teacher appreciation breakfasts hosted by each grade level throughout the year. 

Lost and Found - Page Sullivan
Organizes and cleans out the lost and found closet. 

"Roma" Night - Wendy Markham and Olivia Zdrahal
The senior students create an evening of Italian fun, food and frolic. The funds raised at this event offset the costs for their spring trip to Rome. 

Faculty and Staff Christmas Fun - Kristen Gibbs

Used Textbook and Uniform Sale - Page Sullivan, Shannon Centola and Tara Martinez
Collecting and organizing used uniforms and textbooks for sale in July and August.
